Heritage Ministries is proud to partner with Chautauqua Adult Day Care Centers, Inc. to provide adult day care services at Heritage Village. Chautauqua Adult Day Care at Heritage Village program assists caregivers who have responsibility for an older adult who cannot be left alone during the day.  Adult day care provides supportive staff, a secure group setting, supervision, meals, social work services, recreation and socialization.  Individuals can be with other people and participate in daily activities.

Chautauqua Adult Day Care at Heritage Village provides a day program for frail or impaired older adults that enhances the quality of life for seniors and enables caregivers to receive a break from caregiving. 

For over twenty-five years, Chautauqua Adult Day Care Centers  has helped delay nursing home placement and higher levels of care for the elderly.  The day program at Heritage Village specializes in the care of persons with Alzheimer's Disease and other related dementia.  Chautauqua Adult Day Care Centers also has 4 other sites throughout Chautauqua County (Jamestown, Westfield, and Dunkirk).
