Heritage Village Rehab & Skilled Nursing, Inc. is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility on the 100-acre Heritage Village campus in Gerry, New York. It is located just 9 miles from Jamestown on Route 60. Established in 1972, this non-profit facility offers long-term and rehabilitative care for all residents. Although many occupants are transitioning from Heritage Village Retirement Campus or from the surrounding area, anyone in need of services is welcome at the facility.

The team approach at "The Village" enables staff to offer residents the best professional care in a Christian, home-like atmosphere. The focus remains on meeting individual needs and preserving each person's dignity.
