"I was asked on several occasions why I placed my mother in a facility so far away from where I lived (Buffalo).  My answer is very simple; at Heritage Village Rehab & Skilled Nursing, she receives the finest care that is available and she resides in a Christian community.  No other adult care facility that I am aware of comes close to offering those benefits.  One of my jobs is serving as Chaplain in several hospitals and nursing homes in the Western New York area.  I am very familiar with the care and/or lack of care offered in some of these institutions and in my opinion, my mother could not have been better cared for.  Never once did I question why or where she was because I was comfortable knowing that she was getting the best care.
