Heritage Ministries Outpatient Therapy Clinic, located at Heritage Green Rehab & Skilled Nursing (Greenhurst), offers Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services to individuals of any age with any diagnosis.  The clinic specializes in treating individuals following elective orthopedic surgeries (e.g. a knee or hip replacement), and for those with diagnoses of dysphagia (difficulty or inability to swallow), stroke, and arthritis.

All of Heritage Green’s outpatient care is individualized and goal-oriented.  Therapists can also provide customized home exercise programs to assist with positive outcomes and carryover.  The therapists also offer various modalities for some diagnosis including: paraffin wax treatments, VitalStim Swallow Therapy, Anodyne Therapy, Ultra Sound, TENs training, and/or Electrical Stimulation.

Heritage Ministries accepts Traditional Medicare, Univera/Senior Choice, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Independent Health/Encompass 65, NOVA Healthcare for employees and family members of Heritage Ministries who carry the organization’s health insurance, Worker’s Compensation, and some No-Fault insurances.
