June 2009 - Heritage Ministries has named Donna Wypych as the organization’s Compliance Manager.  In this newly created role, Mrs. Wypych will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial and legal compliance in such areas as Medicaid and Medicare billing and collections, Corporate Compliance with the Office of the Inspector General, and HIPPA Compliance to assure conformance with all regulatory and governing bodies.

Prior to joining Heritage Ministries, Mrs. Wypych served as the Revenue Cycle Manager for South Texas Radiology Group (San Antonio, TX).  Additionally, she held various positions in healthcare compliance and operations in Texas and New York.  Donna attended the University of Buffalo (Buffalo, NY), where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Sciences and Pre-law.  She also earned a Masters Degree in Health Services Administration from D’Youville College. She is certified in  Health Care Compliance as well as Health Care Management and has traveled nationwide to conduct compliance reviews for various health care providers.
 
Donna and her husband, Wayne reside in Lancaster, NY and enjoy the outdoors and family time. Both have been active in the community. Donna has developed long term care programs to address the needs of the area and her husband is past Chief and a life member of the Sloan Volunteer Fire Department.
