For over 120 years, Heritage Ministries has served seniors throughout the surrounding community. The vision for Bergquist Memorial began with a deeply felt need to provide personal care, safety and support for seniors. In 1992, that dream became a reality when Bergquist was dedicated.

Bergquist Memorial is certified and licensed by the New York State Department of Health as an Assisted Living Residence (ALR). Thirty-two residents call it their home, each occupying a beautifully furnished private apartment.  Every resident has access to outdoor balconies, perfect for enjoying the warmth of spring and summer.

At Heritage Village, we strive to create an atmosphere that encourages each individual's social, physical and spiritual growth. We are dedicated to providing the finest quality of assisted living services available to our senior residents.
