Announcing Our New VP of Quality & Clinical Operations

Lisa Haglund, President and CEO of Heritage Ministries, announced that Mark Constantino, OTR/L, has been named Vice President of Quality and Clinical Operations for the organization.

Constantino, a native of Frewsburg, New York, obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and most recently served Heritage as the Director of Quality and Clinical Services for the organization, previously acting as the Director of Rehabilitation and a LSVT BIG certified Occupational Therapist at Heritage, beginning his career in therapy over twenty years ago. Constantino resides in Frewsburg, New York with his wife, Shannon, and their children, Kaylee and Jacob, where they are extremely active in local and school athletic activities.

In his new role as Vice President of Quality and Clinical Operations, Constantino will oversee and develop strategies to evaluate, and continually improve, the quality care throughout Heritage senior living communities. Constantino will work diligently to ensure that the Heritage care experience is award winning for each resident, while embracing the Heritage mission to promote Hope, Dignity, and Purposeful Living.

Haglund shared, “With his experience in the therapy, and the senior care industry, including seventeen year as an integral member of our Heritage team, Mark is uniquely qualified to serve our staff, residents and their families. We look forward to the future, knowing that he will continue to regard the health and safety of our residents and staff with absolute importance. He is a compassionate and knowledgeable leader who will work with our staff and partners to strengthen our mission of promoting Hope, Dignity, and Purposeful Living to all those entrusted to our care.
