Lisa Haglund, President and CEO of Heritage Ministries, recently welcomed new administrative staff at Orchard Grove, a Heritage assisted living community in West Ellicott, New York, naming Michele Straight as Administrator and Nurse Supervisor. Straight will oversee all daily operations at Orchard Grove.
Straight resides in Niobe, NY and is a graduate of Southwestern Central School, and Hewes Educational Center B.O.C.E.S., where she earned her certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Michele shared, “My career growth at Heritage has been amazing!”
Haglund shared, “We are honored to welcome Michele into her new position at Orchard Grove. Michele has an extensive history in senior housing and nursing, including over ten years of service to Heritage. We know she will lead our staff with grace, love, and appreciation and will continue to embrace and provide our residents with the same close-knit sense of community and vibrant lifestyle that Orchard Grove has always been known for.”
