All are invited February 26 at 10am at The Homestead in Seeley Auditorium to learn more from Chautauqua Hospice and Palliative Care who will explore the various services available for patients and their families and offer guidance on the right time to choose Hospice, answering your questions along the way. Our “Age Well” series takes place monthly where we explore topics and engage in learning events relevant to seniors and our surrounding community. Topics are presented by Heritage staff, local experts, and community partners.
