    This ornament requires THREE (3) lines of text. Enter the NAME of the person you wish to be named on your ornament (typically Line 1 and Line 2) and the DATE (years) you want engraved (typically Line 3). Important: The name and dates will be engraved EXACTLY as entered. **Please ensure spelling and numbers are correct.**
