Audubon Nature Photography Club Exhibit

Members of Audubon Nature Photography Club are pleased to be sharing their work with residents of Orchard Grove during the month of June.

The Club was invited to provide nature photos for the foyers, main hallways, and common areas of all three Orchard Grove buildings for the month of June. Anyone can visit the complex Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, at 2000 Southwestern Drive, WE, Jamestown.

The photographs on display have asking prices or are marked as not for sale.

Other facilities or organizations are welcome to contact Club Co-President John Brustrom at retiredpeasant@gmail.com about supplying photos for exhibition.

Audubon Nature Photography Club meetings are held at 6:15pm. on the second Thursdays of the month at Audubon Community Nature Center (ACNC), 1600 Riverside Road, one-quarter mile east of Route 62 between Jamestown and Warren.

Natural and man-made framing and natural subjects are the topics for the image review at the meeting today. Since the July themes are water and reflections, there will be a video presentation on techniques for photographing waterfalls. If the weather is good, participants are encouraged to bring their cameras for photographing the flora and fauna around ACNC before and after the meeting.

A number of items will be discussed, and information about Audubon’s Nature Photography Contest that closes June 30 (see ACNCPhotoContest.com) will be shared. A social time follows the meeting, and visitors are welcome.
