From Heritage Leadership: Always Improving

As a team, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our communities and our organization across all functions, from systems and technology to company culture and incentives. We see your struggles and hurdles, and so we ask ourselves, “What can we do to make our residents’ lives better? What can we implement to make our staffs’ days easier?” This all happens “behind the scenes”, but it is important for you to know that these questions drive us forward.

Heritage is in a state of renewal and growth as we look to stabilize financially, improve company culture, and remain as transparent as possible. Already in this first quarter, we have developed strong pipelines of potential revenue spanning the entire year, we are making intentional efforts to improve our internal communications and processes, and efforts to build political and community partnerships that will bring the necessary industry changes to make every day a little easier and more joyful.

During this time, we ask for your patience and support, as change always comes with some rocky roads. But as one team, one community, one organization, we are resilient and persistent, and we will come out on the other side stronger.
