As a part of our rootedness in the Christian faith, Heritage Ministries provides chaplains’ services for our residents. We have both full-time and part-time ministers who serve at our communities nationwide. Chaplain services can include pastoral visitation, hospital visits, prayer requests, information on local churches, and other pastoral services as needed. Our chaplain team would love to connect with you and/or your loved one to support and encourage you in your faith journey. Our social workers can also be contacted through each of our rehabilitation and skilled nursing communities and are trained in grief counseling and support.
